  • 2 russet potatoes
  • 1 small onìon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mìlk
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
